Our Grave Care Services
Whether you need a regular tidy and tend, a one-off renovation, flower re-fresh or bespoke tributes for a special day, we have a service to suit. We follow safe practice regarding stone care and adhere to individual cemetery guidelines. All cultural and religious customs are respected.

Each grave is assessed individually
and we offer a range of frequencies. We carry out an initial survey to assess the site at a cost of £30 (unless you have a recent photo). After consultation, we send a proposal with pricing and timeframe. Grave Care Tend & Tidy services may be paid in full at the outset or on the receipt of invoice depending on the service required. All material cost (decorative aggregates, flowers...) must be paid in full before grave tending is carried out. We accept personal checks, bank transfer, and PayPal.
All work is undertaken by ourselves, so you are guaranteed a personal service.

Regular Grave Tidy & Tend
Our standard service is a regular tidy and tend to care for the grave as you would like. This can be booked as a monthly, quarterly or twice-yearly service depending on your requirements. When you get in touch with us, we carry out a initial survey visit to the site to assess it (unless you have recent photos). This results in a email report including photos and our recommendations.

We maintain the gravesite in the following ways…

​Remove weeds and windblown debris inside and around the grave

Lightly prune and deadhead existing plants.

Trim and edge grass and cleaning decorative aggregate

Lightly cleaning of the headstone, kerbstone or memorial plaque.

Rinse vases or pots

Send a set of before and after photos by email

Grave Chippings and Grave Accessories Restoration
If your memorial has decorative chippings or other accessories (vases and grave ornaments),it may need a little maintenance. Over time once-sparkling chips can lose their lustre or disappear so we can refresh the site with your choice of replacement materials in various glass and stone colours and finishes.
